My Family gathering

Once a year my grandma has a family gathering at her house. It is held in March. Grandma is very busy. She plans the party. My mother comes two days before the party.

She helps her with the preparations. It includes cleaning the house, decorating, and cooking. I like to help grandma and mom in the kitchen.

We bake the chocolate cakes. My cousin help my big brother decorate the house. They are very creative.

STEPHANIE MARRIES CIRCUS ACROBAT

Princess Stephanie is the daughter of King Rainer of Monaco. Her mother was Princess Grace, a famous American actress. Stephanie is a spoiled child.

Stephanie married a circus acrobat on September 12, 2003. Her new husban is Adan Lopez Peres form Portugal. Adan is a lot younger than his wife. The royal family did not go to the wedding. King Rainer, Stephanie’s father says is OK. He just wants her to be happy.

School Organisation

Each school has student's organisation. This Organization is called OSIS ( Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah). In this organization, students learn to cooperate and interact with others, train themselves to organize many things related to their organization.
Under this organization, there are some other sub- organization which are consider as extracurricular activities for student. They are Pramuka, Marching Band, PMR, PKS and organization related to arts and sport such as vocal group, school's band, dancing, basketball, karate and many more.
To be the member of these organization is not compulsory. It is optional. Anyhow, it will be very useful is the student participate in those activities. They will make many friends and chanel their interst if they join those activities. In addition they will have special skills, self, reliance, discipliene, sociable and public spirit if they practiec intensifvely.

Suatu hari di salah satu ruangan di gedung MPR/DPR. Seorang anggota dewan yang baru diangkat, tampak masih canggung, lugu dan serba kikuk.

Rupanya dia wakil dari daerah dan belum pernah bekerja atau punya ruangan yang megah. Beberapa saat kemudian, ada yang mengetuk pintu ruangannya.

Kemudian selama beberapa puluh menit dia menelpon dan terlibat pembicaraan tingkat tinggi, sambil sekali-sekali menyebut-nyebut 'demi rakyat' atau 'kepentingan rakyat' keras-keras. Setelah selesai sambil meletakan gagang telepon dia berkata pada dua orang tamunya tsb.

"Nah, sekarang wawancara bisa kita mulai..."

Kedua orang itu tampak bingung dan berpandangan satu sama lain. Akhirnya salah satunya berkata: "Maaf pak..., kami datang kesini mau memasang saluran telepon bapak..."
