Healthy Diet


My friends and I love to eat seafood like Lobster, shrims and tuna. You must not eat too much snack like potato chips, ice cream, cookies, etc. Don’t eat too much junk food like hamburgers and hotdogs, because it is not healthy and much fat
Vegatables like spinach, beans, and lettuce are very healthy. Friuts like oranges, mangoes contains a lot of Vitamin C. We also need to eat dairy products such as yogurt, cheese and milk to stay healthy
